In order to complete the nomination process, may we remind you that you must provide the following information:

• Award category for which the candidate is being nominated.
• Contact data of the institution and the nominating officer(s)/body(ies).
• Candidate particulars including institutional affiliation.
• A brief summary of candidate’s main contributions – reasons for nomination.

Likewise, please note that the online application system will request the following documents, to be submitted in PDF format only:

1. A letter of nomination signed by the officer(s)/body(ies).
2. A description of the salient contributions of the candidate and reasoned arguments for the nomination (maximum four pages, single spaced).
3. Candidate’s CV [PLEASE NOTE: In the case of nominations of legal persons in the Development Cooperation and Climate Change, the only categories for which legal persons may be nominated, the system will not request this document].

Please note that both nominations and the accompanying documentation must be submitted in English only.
