The model will be used to analyse the quantitative impact of these policies on women?s employment and wages, the fertility rate and income distribution within the Spanish economy, focusing on the subsidies per child granted to women workers in the recent income tax reform, and the ways in which maternity leave affects their salaries and employment status.
