In particular, it looks at how the presence of insiders affects asset price formation; the evolution of business ownership over time and its impact on secondary market liquidity; and how different institutional models and ownership structures affect the informational content of financing sources and, thereby, the interaction between credit markets and the industrial organisation of the credit market as a whole.
