DESCRIPTION

To evaluate the macroeconomic and political-institutional consequences of these fiscal policy decisions with reference to the organisational and institutional contexts of each country; and to enlighten the gathering debate about the advantages and disadvantages of coordination across layers of government in countries with budgetary decentralisation.
