‘La adaptación del ordenamiento constitucional español previa a la ratificación del Tratado Constitucional de la UE’

The goal of this research is to project, analyse and propose solutions to the constitutional problems, both procedural and substantive, arising from the ratification of the EU Constitutional Treaty as of 2005. In particular, it looks at how the proposal of the present European Convention might cause the ‘Europeanisation’ of the Spanish Constitution of 1978.
