This project looks at the economic consequences of the EU’s enlargement from 2004 onwards, as regards the speed of integration in the new enlarged area (to be quantified by means of econometric models and techniques applied to exchanges of goods and assets) and economic convergence, to be analysed using a multiple equilibria approach.
