The idea is to analyse in depth the inconsistencies and shortcomings of the Community legal model in place and to come up with legal-technical proposals in two topic areas: sectorially, studying the underlying criteria of EU and Spanish legislation that will be used in competition law as of 2003, conceived as decentralised market discipline; and horizontally, looking at alternative ways to reconcile two simultaneous but different logics: the logic of the internal market with its free circulation and mutual recognition, and the international logic of privatism
