The specific goals addressed are, on one hand, to learn more about how these mechanisms work as a means to better defend the interests at stake in legal-economic relations established in a framework of integration organisations and, on the other, to find solutions to the technical-legal problems of conflict resolution still suffered by these insufficiently developed mechanisms.
