‘The European constitution. An article-by-article analysis and commentary’

The idea is to analyse all 448 articles making up the four parts of the Treaty “provision by provision”, plus the sections of the 36 protocols and 50 declarations annexed to the text that are relevant to the purpose.

The resulting publication will fill a gap in the scientific literature on European integration, which lacks any analysis of this kind. It will also provide public authorities, judicial and economic agents and society at large with an invaluable instrument to improve their understanding of the scope and meaning of the new Constitutional Treaty.
