DESCRIPTION
The goal of this project is to create the prototype of an educational linguistic application capable of automatically generating nominal structures with semantic information.
By giving meaning to the nominal structures (based on the noun), searches in lexical databases in different languages can be carried out faster and more effectively, which will lead to a fundamental boost for linguistic research.
Given that the prototype will also create incorrect structures, this will allow improvements to the rules supporting automatic translation systems, thereby making them more rigorous, precise and similar to natural language.
The development of MultiGenera, which will take place in Spanish, French and German, will provide numerous useful examples in teaching, compared grammar, new dictionaries or updates to old dictionaries, and automatic translation less dependent on the statistical frequency of a certain expression.
